| The Manufactuing
facility is located on Plot No. J-214 & J-215 pf Tarapur
M.I.D.C. Boisar, Dist Thane. The Plant has a total built-up
area of 17000 sq. ft. The plant has the facility for the production
of only liquid orals. |

| The manufacturing
facility is built to comply with the cGMP Guidelines of WHO,
Schedule M etc. A well established and effective Quality Assurance
System is in place to comply with cGMP guidelines. |
